This is to confirm that Dzinzalo Consulting PTY (Ltd) has rendered a training service to the Department of Education- Nkangala District in October 2020, i.e Service Delivery Skill Programme. We had 50 participants in the programme whereby 12 of them attended online and 38 attended on contact. All learners were impressed and satisfied about the logistical and implementation of the training programme because their engagement was a parcipatative one where they would reflect of their day-to-day activities. The comprehension by participants who were online training started on slow pace because it was the first of its kind but gradually gained momentum after a day.
